On January 22, Complex and Suzuki joined together to celebrate Busabeats with a special event at New York's LEVANTeast at The Hotel on Rivington. The evening was hosted by the 2009 winner of the Busabeats MC Battle, JPigg and also featured hot sets from DJs Ayres and VinRoc. Over 300 guests, including Tap Out founders Skyscrape and Punkass, Miss Info and DJ Neil Armstrong, had the chance to check out two amazing custom Suzuki Hayabusas on display revealed earlier in the day at the International Motorcycle Show. This March, the battle is back on and one lucky wannabe MC will have the chance to win a customized ‘Busa designed by Nick Anglada.
